Belt Guard Style

Hinged
Two-piece style with integrated hinge and latch design. Useful for machines where access to the back is limited. Makes changing belts easy.
Split
Two-piece style that is held together by bolts or latches. Requires access all around the machine. Easier to remove large covers in two pieces.
Solid
One-piece design is the most simple and economical. Entire cover must be lifted off as one piece to access the belt.

Enclosure)
Shoe Box
Two-piece style with a base and a lid. Fully encloses belts and sheaves.
(This style requires the
Full
Enclosure)
Enclosure Details

Open Bottom Enclosure
Encloses the top and the sides of the machines belt. Useful for machines that a full enclosure would not work. This enclosure is available in any of the styles of belt guards
except the shoebox style
.
Full Enclosure
Fully encloses the belt making contact with belt impossible. This enclosure is
not available on solid style
belt guards.
Finish Option

Acrylic Polyurethane Enamel
A durable, wet coat applied, traditional paint finish. Many custom color choices available.
Raw Metal
The most economical choice, allows you to paint it yourself.
Powder Coated
(Extra Charge + Longer Lead Time)
Electro-statically applied powdered paint, which is then baked for a very durable finish.

Made from carbon steel. Has no perforations for air transfer. The most economical option.
Perforated Metal
Carbon steel with panels of perforated punched circles. Aids air flow through machine. Allows for easier visual inspection of the belt.
